These include carrying out Phase 1 Desktop Studies, Phase 2 ground investigations, assisting with site walkovers, writing factual and interpretive reports, carrying out soil and rock borehole logging, groundwater and gas monitoring and observing day to day tasks in contribution to training.The successful Gradate Engineering Geologist will:Have a minimum of a BSc in geology, geography, civil engineering with a focus on geotechnics, or a relevant subject (MSc preferable).Hold a full UK Driving licence.Have a full right to work in the UK.Live commutable to Nottingham.Be keen to learn and develop geo-environmental/geotechnical skills.Show enthusiasm for working outdoors in a hands on role.If you are interested in this or other roles Engineering/Remediation roles please do not hesitate to contact Beth Young on (url removed) or call (phone number removed).
