A highly acquisitive, market leading business experiencing a finance transformation as part of rapid growth and expansion are looking for an experienced Group Financial Controller on an interim basis for a minimum of 6 months.
This role will lead a project to rationalise the group reporting and consolidation function for newly acquired entities.
This role will redesign and implement new processes that will allow the group reporting function scale up and develop further as the group continues to make acquisitions.
Duties:Lead the project to redesign the group reporting processes and proceduresImplement and document new group consolidation processesIntegrate processes within a new implemented ERP systemOversee the production of all statutory accounting and consolidation for all aacquired entitiesIntegrate new acquired entities in to the new system/processes.
Management and timely closure of both internal and external audits.
Proposing solutions to streamline current processes/activities.
Act as the key point of contact for the audit committe.
Experience/Key attributes:Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA)Ideally trained within an audit/accountancy practiceExperience of operating in a Senior Financial Reporting and/or Group Financial Controller roleExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong influencing skillsExcellent attention to detail, commitment to accuracy and qualityBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
