Housing Disrepair Paralegal
The Role
Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Housing Disrepair department, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.
The ideal candidate will have some experience managing their own caseload. No previous experience in HDR is required.
The role involves managing your own case load of both pre and post-litigated cases housing disrepair claims from instruction through to settlement. The hiring manager has a progressive onboarding process to ensure you will manage your own HDR caseload.
The Candidate
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
- Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
