The business are currently expanding the finance function and are currently looking to recruit for a Head of Finance to manage the transactional functions across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Management Accounts.

Main Areas of ResponsibilityOversee all income processingOversee all payroll processingManage the BACS and manual payment processReview central processing for best practice.

Oversee Balance sheet monthly reconciliationMaintain the finance handbook and other published guidanceWork with FC and Systems team to implement month end timetableDevelop and implement a training for FOs, MA's and AP teamWork with the FC on producing and reviewing consolidated monthly accountsWork with partnership team to incorporate proposed adjustments to Month end and Year end accounts in line with the timetable.

Prepare all consolidated submission DfEPrepare year end papers and supporting schedules for head office activitiesLiaise with the Internal Audit team and External auditorsAssist with various ESFA submissions and auditsOversea Reconciliation and review of monthly internal rechargesReview of monthly journals (e.

g.
