Acquired Talent are proud to be supporting one of Europe's fastest growing FinTech's and a leader in Payments. With an established client base in the UK and Europe, our client is going through a rapid period of growth and product transformation. With over $XXXm in funding, they are poised for continued expansion and are seeking an experienced 'Head of Product - Payments' who, reporting into the Chief Product Officer, will support in the transformation of the Product team (operations, processes, structure) and continued development of innovative Payments products.
Successful candidates will poses;
- 3+ years leading FinTech Payments products at Head or Director level
- Experience driving product development and innovation within a scale-up environment
- Have experience of working closely with Engineering and establishing effective processes
- Have grown and led high preforming teams of cross functional Product squads/tribes (4-10+)
Location: London (Hybrid - 4 days per week in the office)
Package: £140-160,000 Base + Bonus + Options
