We aspire to a society where all older people have the opportunity to live fulfilled lives. To achieve this, we deliver services personalised to individual needs and integrated with local communities. We live by our values to promote wellbeing, strive for excellence, treat people with respect and keep everyone safe.

We run care homes and community services in Bedfordshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Worcestershire. We work hard to make sure residents and clients live full lives, taking part in activities that are meaningful to them and having the opportunity to keep up old friendships and form new ones. We build communities around our services and invite people in to be part of them.

“What I like about this place is you can do what you want to do. It’s a pleasure living here. The staff are excellent.”

Through our charitable work, we provide support for older people affected by loneliness and grants for those living on a low income. We work with partners to increase our impact and to raise awareness about the issues that affect us as we get older. We fundraise so we can continue our work, which older people tell us makes an extraordinary difference to their lives.

“Old friends dwindle and you begin to feel very isolated. To know that someone remembers you is very reassuring.”

Our passionate staff and volunteers are the driving force behind our work to achieve our vision. We recruit people who are dedicated to supporting older people and who want to make a genuine difference.
