VACANCY - Holiday Home Sales AdvisorNot one of our normal car sales roles, this is something a bit special!Selling holidays homes!!Basic = £33,905OTE = £50,000 to £70,000 - uncapped5 day working week, including weekends in (busy period)Our client is looking for someone from a sales background, ideally car sales, to join their award winning team.Candidate profileAn accomplished salesperson with the ability to sell high worth products to clients. A consultative and qualification approach is required, not pushy / high pressure. A candidate with strong car sales experience would be a good fit. Usual candidate requirements required - professional, presentable, intelligent, positive, energetic and driven.SummaryThis role is about selling a lifestyle. The product is a depreciating asset, so this is all about lifestyle and the successful candidate must see this. The ethos is to be a real people person, to walk the site, meet owners past and present and really network. There are 2 large ownership events PA which all HHSA's must be heavily involved in.
