Hr Advisor in Finsbury Park

We are currently partnering with a charity based in North London, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their growing team on a 12-month FTC basis.Our client is proud to be recognised as an international charity providing support and funding for world leading research.This is a full-time position with a salary band of £35,652 to £40,545 per annum (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.Duties will include (but are not limited to):• Supporting the HR team in managing disputes by giving advice and support to line managers on matters such as grievances, disciplinary matters, and sickness absences• Attending formal casework hearings to take minutes and act as HR representative when required• Responding to general and specific queries from employees in relation to their employment terms and conditions, local entitlements and HR policies• Managing general recruitment activities including generating office letters and employment contracts, drafting internal and external advertisements• Assisting colleagues in the HR team by carrying out administrative work as and when requested by the HR Operations Manager.
