They would like a HR Assistant to join their growing team and assist on all HR matters.Key duties include:Screening cvs and arranging interviewsPosting vacancies on job boardsReviewing and assessing candidatesDrafting and sending employment contractsPreparing new starter packs and logisticsReviewing and completing compliance documents such as references and background checksPayroll duties for new starters such as preparing pension documents, employee compensations and benefitsReviewing and updating staff recordsMonitoring employee files regarding holidays, sickness and leaversSupporting the wider HR department as needed on all enquiries The successful candidate:Excellent IT skillsMeticulous attention to detailFast learner and a willingness to learn things quicklyStrong administration experience in a similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA full UK driving licence(due to location) This is an excellent opportunity for a professional individual with strong administration experience.
