What you will do:Review, manage and maintain the site Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Management SystemLead the forward planning activities for the siteLiaise with external interested parties including (but not exclusive to) Auditors, EHS representatives, local or national authorities, EHS activity suppliersEnsure full complianceCarbon reduction commitment and managementPromote hazard identificationWork with the other departments to ensure adherence to requirements and auditable processes are in place. 

Support development of risk assessment and SOP’sInitiate and support engineering cost reductions Manage Root Cause AnalysisLead and develop the site’s sustainability strategy and delivery of it, to meet targets and objectivesWhat you need: Effective leadership and communication skills, encouraging good communication and working relationships across the businessMaintaining an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and developmentsCompetency training i.
