Ideagen is looking for a seasoned Industry Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives within specific regulated industries. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing marketing strategies that not only position Ideagen as a leader but also resonate with the unique needs, challenges, and opportunities of these industries. This role is pivotal in enhancing our customer engagement and driving our market presence to new heights.

Responsibilities

-Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a tailored marketing strategy for designated industries that aligns with Ideagen’s overall business objectives and product roadmap.

- Industry Expertise:Act as the primary source of knowledge within the company regarding industry trends, insights, and regulatory challenges, ensuring our marketing strategies and communications are highly relevant and impactful.

- Market Intelligence: Perform thorough market research to gauge our market share, understand the competitive landscape, identify growth opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends.

- Customer & Industry Engagement: Develop and nurture robust relationships with key industry stakeholders, including customers, industry bodies, and thought leaders to boost our market visibility and relevance.

- Content Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to produce industry-specific marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, blogs, and presentations that underscore our thought leadership and product advantages.

- GTM Strategy: Oversee the go-to-market strategies for launching new products and optimising existing ones, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the industry and align with our company goals.

- Market Positioning: Maintain and enhance our industry standing through multiple channels, managing a performance dashboard to track and meet monthly KPIs.

- Leadership: Mentor and lead Ideagen’s marketing professionals, promoting an environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across product marketing, sales, product development, etc., to ensure integrated and informed market approaches.

Skills and Experience

- Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to analyse data and insights to develop actionable, strategic marketing plans.

- Sector Experience: Background in software or technology within regulated industries, demonstrating a deep understanding of the challenges and regulations in such environments.

- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to envision long-term market trends and strategies.

- Industry Innovation: Continuous pursuit of industry-specific knowledge to stay ahead of trends and challenges.

Experience Requirements:

- Significant proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on developing and implementing industry-specific strategies.

- Demonstrated prowess in working cross-functionally and leading through influence, fostering collaboration across various departments.
