WeDoData are working with a prestigious independent school in Greater Bristol who are looking to appoint an IT Engineer on a permanent basis.
The role sits within the IT Services Department, below the IT Director and Ops & IT Manager, alongside another IT Engineer, and above two IT Technicians.
Systems and technologies used will include:
- VMWare
- HPE/Aruba
- Apple/iPad/Mac/MDM
- OneNote, M365, Azure Active Directory
- Google apps
- SIMS
- SQL databases
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance of the school’s server infrastructure and core network
- Project and development work
- Root-cause analysis
- Mentoring and assisting more junior team members
Successful applicants will have:
- Advanced IT skills
- Passion for improvement and delivery
- Exceptional teamwork and customer service ethics
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
- A proactive can-do attitude
- A positive, friendly and enthusiastic approach
