Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer / Director

We are exclusively instructed by a leading City law firm looking to recruit an ambitious Restructuring & Insolvency lawyer to lead the practice .

The Role

Our client is recognised as a leader in the field of Commercial and Corporate Litigation, Civil Investigations, Dispute Resolution and Insolvency, providing advice to multi-national corporations and high-profile individuals.

The firm is expanding its offering by developing the Restructuring & Insolvency practice and are looking for a driven and self-motivated to help drive this forward through their own personal relationships / network. This can be either a contentious / non-contentious practice advising stakeholders in distressed situations as well as acting for insolvency practitioners.

The firm has established relationships and a client base, and more recently been instructed a number of insolvency matters which they would look for someone to hit the ground running with whilst helping to grow and develop the practice.

The Candidate

The practice is looking for a Head of Department / Director to:

• Collaborate with other partners and fee earners in the wider firm
• Promote and generate work for the R&I team
• Contribute to the overall firm strategy of growth
