The Role:

Within this role you will be covering both transactional and advisory matters for a wide variety of insurance market participants, reflecting the strength and diversity of our insurance practice.

The team represents insurance and reinsurance companies and their financial advisors and underwriters in a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reinsurances, portfolio transfers, public and private financings, regulatory advisory work, restructurings and reorganisations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• qualified solicitor with 2-4 years of PQE.
• will have good organisational skills.
