Arbuthnot Yon are working with a listed business seeking to appoint an experienced commercial lawyer for a period of 12 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
Commencing in August or September.
This role can be remotely based, or hybrid in Birmingham.
You will form part of an established and collegiate team with the key focus on advising on, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts from procurement to customer facing supply and out-sourcing agreements.
You will also get involved with wider a range of legal issues including intellectual property, information technology, competition law, data privacy, insurance and employment (TUPE) areas.
We are keen to hear from commercial lawyers with at least 5 years commercial contract experience as well as more experienced lawyers.
You will be joining a large established legal team and you will have lots of interaction with the legal team and wider business.
The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, including the commercial teams and senior stakeholders is a must.
We are looking for someone to start in August or September and to work on a full-time basis.
This position can be undertaken on a remote or hybrid basis.
