Leading professional services firm is looking for a Senior Counsel to join on an initial 6 month contract starting ASAP. Day rate, inside IR35. Hybrid working, 3 days in the office.
Working in a global legal team you will be responsible for:
- Negotiating, drafting and advising internal clients on a wide range of commercial contracts, including multi-jurisdictional agreements
- Identifying and advising on legal risks
- Supporting on M&A transactions and other corporate matters
- Advising the business on areas such as employment law and litigation
- Engaging external counsel where required
- Working closely with the wider legal function and internal stakeholders on BAU and project work
You will be 10+ years PQE with experience gained in a similar role working in-house ideally within the professional services, technology or financial services industry. You will have excellent contract drafting skills and be able to work effectively in a busy, global team based environment.
