We are working with this client exclusively and they are the leading consultancy for fund monitoring boasting an impressive annual turnover and list of clients and looking to expand their cost management side. They need people who are knowledge, exceptional written English, and motivated to work hard. This role is perfect for someone who is motivated and wanting to excel within their career.

They ideally are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has worked within a consultancy environment and ready to get stuck into their existing projects. Their main thing they are looking for is actually all personality based- Motivated, eager to learn, eager to develop. Essentially, they are looking for people with analytical brains who have a passion for QS'ing and wanting to work in an environment where you are trusted and pushed to be the best you can possibly be.

Our client will acknowledge all applications, however, they are ideally looking for the below:

• Consultancy background
• 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience within the private sector
• Ability to work amongst a team and individually when required
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable in a client-facing environment
• Relevant university degree
• Eligible to work in the UK

On offer for this role is a basic salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus a flexible benefits package, including pension, holidays and healthcare.
