Internal Sales Engineer in Cleator Moor

With this expansion this presents an opportunity for progression and development within the organisation.The position is permanent working Monday- Friday office hours, with a 15.30pm finish each Friday.We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in sales or account management, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive and enthusiastic attitude, coupled with a strong willingness to learn and grow within a B2B sales environment.Duties:· Responding to enquiries via phone/email· Contacting new and existing customers by telephone· Raising quotations and inputting orders· Reading technical drawings· Updating customers on their orders· Following up on customer enquiries· General office administration and supporting the Sales executivesRequired skills· Strong communication skills· Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers· Polite telephone manner· Strong computer skills including MS applications· Positive attitude· Willingness to learn and progressAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
