Junior Design Engineer Nottinghamshirec£25k-£28k Depending on expereince Junior Electrical Design Engineer will be joining a small company operating in a niche market of control and instrumentation systems, supplying bespoke automation control system solutions for a variety of industrial sectors.Our client provides a whole package of services from design and manufacture through to installation and support for automated systems.This is an excellent role supported by experienced Designers and Engineers, this role offers opportunity to progress, allowing you to learn from professionals who have a passion for their work. This position would suit someone with a strong controls background looking to move into designWithin the role of Junior Design Engineer will report direct to the Senior Design engineer and be responsible for:Using EPLAN to draw electrical circuits for the manufacturing teamUsing problem-solving skills to provide solutions within designsLiaising with clients, keeping them updated of progress and changesProviding technical support for Estimating DepartmentAssisting the workshop with redesigns as necessaryWorking with suppliers for product solutionsVisiting client sites to better understand their requirementsThe ideal candidate for the role of Junior Design Engineer will have:Electrical design experience - ideally electrical controlsCity & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Engineering or related field electrical qualificationProficiency in EPLAN and or Auto CAD2 years relevant industry experience would be beneficialA full driving licenceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesDon't miss out apply today!
