Junior Trader - Digital Assets (Algorithmic Trading)
Salary £50k-£85k + Bonus
Are you passionate about algorithmic trading and digital assets? We're seeking a talented Junior Trader to join a dynamic team and contribute to their success in the fast-paced world of digital asset trading. Responsibilities:
- Execute algorithmic trading strategies for digital assets.
- Monitor markets, identify opportunities, and execute trades.
- Collaborate to refine algorithms and optimize performance.
- Manage risk through position sizing and compliance protocols.
- Conduct research to inform trading decisions and technology integration.
- Hedge positions according to internal trading rules
- Work on weekends and during US Hours.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, with algorithm development experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience in algorithmic trading or software development preferred.
- Proficiency in options market in FX, Equities, Commodities or Cryptocurrencies
