Lead Credit Risk Analyst

Manchester (Remote-first)

MBN Solutions are partnered with a Tier 1 UK Bank on the lookout for a Lead Credit Risk Data Analyst to join their expanding team. In this role you will be:

Performing qualitative and quantitative analysis and providing valuable guidance for business decision-making.
Executing governance and control tasks such as tracking deliverables, reviewing or drafting meeting minutes, reporting on process and control status, and overseeing control remediation efforts.
Taking charge of delivering regulatory-compliant data for credit modeling.
Implementing changes that improve the efficiency or effectiveness of analytical output in Credit Insight and Analytics.

We are looking for:

Proven experience within data management (quality, metadata, modelling) and governance.
Proficiency with SAS and/or Python.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, process, influencing, and management skills.
Extensive knowledge of credit risk modelling within a financial services environment.
Strong English language skills.
