Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Legal Executive to join our team.

The Legal Executive will work closely with our legal team to support various legal matters, conduct research, draft legal documents, and assist in drafting and reviewing the contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues and provide recommendations to the legal team.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Assist in legal matters management, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with external parties.
• Liaise with clients, external law firms, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and legal trends relevant to the firm's practice areas.
• Collaborate with other team members to contribute to the overall success of the legal department.
• Conducting a review of corporate contracts and prepare response for litigations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, LLM, GDL preferably a solicitor or qualified lawyer
• Proven experience working in a legal environment, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and terminology.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
