Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for an exciting new opportunity to join a successful and growing law firm in Brighton?
Our client is looking to recruit a knowledgeable and professional Legal Secretary with excellent administrative and numerical skills. You should pride yourself on your timekeeping, organisational abilities and interpersonal skills.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary wanting to join a friendly and dynamic team and make a genuine difference within the company. With this position, you will be offered a competitive salary, generous 25 days holiday a year + bank holidays and a company pension scheme.

Responsibilities as a Legal Secretary
- Supporting small team
- Handling variety of client focused secretarial and administrative tasks
- Providing administrative support to partners
- Monthly billing
- File management
Experience / Skills
- Previous Legal Secretary experience
- Dispute resolution / commercial litigation experience is desirable
- Commercial awareness
- Experience of legal billing and good standard of numeracy
- Strong IT skills, fast and accurate typing, including audio
- Excellent administrative and time management skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to business needs
