5 hrsOpportunity to work in the office 4 days and 1 day from homeJR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for two pro-active, self motivated Legal Secretaries preferably with experience of working within a litigation team.

ROLE PROFILE:The successful candidate will be confident liaising with multiple stakeholders and clients, proactively organising and managing diaries and taking the lead on tasks to ensure an exceptional and seamless secretarial support service.

* Previous experience co-ordinating workflow and being a mentor to other secretaries would be very helpful.

* Ability to type, draft and produce documents efficiently, and with ease is essential.

* Competent with document and file management.

* Experience with diary management, travel and event booking would be helpful.

* First class communication skills both written and verbal.

* Excellent level of accuracy.

* Initiative to learn and ability to self-motivate.

* Experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines with the ability to remain calm.

* Capability to prioritise and multitask effectively with good management and organisational skills.

* Always demonstrate discretion and the ability to always maintain absolute confidentiality.

* IT skills – Microsoft word, typing, case management use, formatting and editing documents.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: * Proven ability to manage and prioritise own workload.

* Previous legal secretarial experience preferably in litigation.

* Very Customer service focussed.

* Used to co-ordinating secretarial workflow within a large team.
