Lettings Manager in Whitstable

Lettings Manager - Whitstable - Kent Salary: Basic £25,000 OTE £35-40,000) Plus £3,000 Car allowance  We are looking for a Lettings Sales Manager to join our clients busy office in Whitstable, Kent.  

The role will ideally be suited to a Senior Lettings Negotiator who has a minimum 3 years experience who is looking to take the next steps in their career or a Lettings Manager who wishes to progress their career. 

Basic Salary:£25,000(Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months) On Target Earnings:£35,000 - £40,000+ £3,000 Car Allowance Work Pattern:5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) Additional Benefits:Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, Plus an extra day off for your birthday!
