Our Client is looking to recruit a Multi-skilled Maintenance Team Leader with a background in machine repair, PPM and problem solving at their Goldthorpe Distribution site.What you can expect in this role:Leading a team of Engineers to complete planned and preventative maintenanceCompleting planned and preventative maintenance yourself, when neededDay to day machine breakdown resolutionArranging subcontractors for PPM and reactive maintenanceCreating Maintenance plans, and logging maintenance on a data baseA flexible work scheduleWhat we need from you:Be an experienced multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of 4 years Industrial / Manufacturing or related experience, NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent.Have previous experience in a fast paced engineering environment.Be able to support a team and work together to overcome challengesBe able to work under your own initiativeBe willing to work overtime to cover spikes in production demand and holiday/sickness cover within the department.Be able to create PPM plans and lead a team to complete them.What we can offer you:A Salary of £44,880 (increasing to 48,130 in year 2)45 Hours a weekOpportunities for Career Development in a well established company25 days holiday + Bank HolidaysTraining Top up CoursesCycle2work SchemeAbove and beyond company PensionWorking on a modern well maintained site If this role is of interest, please feel free to click apply or give me a call on (phone number removed).
