Maintenance Fabric Technician Edinburgh £16.50 - £19ph6 Month Contract (possible permanent opportunity after) We are seeking a Maintenance technician for a commercial enviornment for a static site in Edinburgh. 6 Month initial contract with posibility to go permanent with the client after.The role:To undertake General Maintenance* To undertake Planned and Reactive Maintenance within your skillset* Liaise with suppliers to minimise costs whilst keeping good value.* Assist other skilled trades in carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing, inspection and installation work.* Where instructed, carry out minor repairs to the building fabric to ensure the safety and security of the client's premises, staff and visitors.* Respond in a safe manner to the effects of bad weather, e.g. Snow clearing, gritting, flooding, high winds, etc.* Undertake training to maintain and develop the requirements of the service.* Liaise and undertake duties at other sites in my portfolio.* Ensure Health and Safety policies are followed across all sites.What we are looking for:Previous experience Disclosure Scotland or be willing to go through one Resourcing Group is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
