As a result of their continued success, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Technician at their world-class modern manufacturing facility.Key Responsibilities: * Responding to minor breakdowns * Preventative maintenance * Major breakdowns * To achieve compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements, Food Safety requirements, Legislative requirements, * GMP and company policies and procedures. * Preparation of sub-assembly * Other tasks as reasonably requested by the ManagerKey Requirements: * A formal qualification in appropriate subject ONC/HNC, BTEC/City and Guilds in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Discipline/apprenticeship * Knowledge of high speed and/or food processing production * Machine setting * Fault finding and problem solving * Plc, pneumatics, robotics (desirable) * Adaptable and able to connect with others * Team orientated/ collaborative * Able to operate & take decisions independently/ enjoys autonomy * FlexibilityHours of work:Days/Afters/Nights (3-shift rotating)Upon applying for this position you are giving authorisation for Quick Staff UK is a leading independent multi-sector recruitment agency that matches talent with the very best opportunities throughout the UK.
