Maintenance Technician in Milton Keynes

Maintenance Technician- Milton Keynes- £30,000pa-DOEAre you an experienced Maintenance Technician who is looking for their next challenge?

I am working on a Maintenance Operative position within an ultra-high end Build to Rent development in Milton Keynes.

You will perform the technical and mechanical work to ensure that the amenity spaces, grounds, and residential units within the development are compliant with health and safety requirements.

Your daily duties will consist of:• Always provide exceptional customer service to the residents and repair any defects on the day that they happen, going above and beyond to help the residential community.

• Comply with all safety and risk-management policies by attending and participating in the community’s safety checks.

• provide assistance to PPM and other contractors onsite• Report any defects to the Resident Services manager.

• Follow laid out procedures with gaining materials, equipment, tools, and other items by tracking used parts, and notifying the vendor about re-ordering needs.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify any health and safety concerns at all.

This is an exceptional opportunity, and we are looking for someone who is used to dealing with people, whether that being from a residential background, hotel background, or student accommodation background.

This role operates on a generous discretionary bonus scheme on top of your basic salary!

I am looking for the following attributes/ skillset:• Skilled Maintenance operative, with at least 3 years experience• Personable and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
