Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Insight Manager where you will be at the forefront of driving strategic decisions through deep market insights. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping our marketing strategies and supporting Ideagen’s ambitious growth objectives. By leveraging your analytical prowess and market understanding, you will deliver actionable intelligence that will directly influence our product and marketing direction.

Responsibilities

Insight Strategy Execution: Manage and execute the insight agenda by maintaining a comprehensive resource of competitive and marketplace intelligence.


- Research and Analysis: Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research targeting specific personas, industries, and markets to unearth opportunities that inform strategic decision-making.


- Team Collaboration: Work closely with members of the Insight Team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in delivering insights to a global audience.


- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external analysts, third-party providers, and industry experts to gather and implement data-driven recommendations that enhance market positioning and share.


- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across various teams to ensure insights are utilised effectively to support marketing campaigns and programme objectives.


- Technological Integration: Identify, recommend, and integrate new tools and technologies that support data-driven decision-making, bridging any information gaps with data enrichment tools.


- Innovative Leadership: Continually review and innovate the use of Insight tools to optimise the generation and analysis of insights.

Skills and Experience

- Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years in product marketing, research, analytics, or a similar insight-driven role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong background in data analysis and critical thinking. Able to process, prioritise, and analyse complex data to derive meaningful insights.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
- Project Management: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, vendors, and processes effectively.
- Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing processes that enhance the delivery of actionable insights.
- Business Acumen: Proven track record of using insights to influence business decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Asana, Trello, Salesforce, Pardot, or similar tools.
- Desirable Skills: Experience with insight and competitive intelligence tools, as well as a background in B2B SaaS or analyst relations, is preferred.
