We are currently seeking a Field Manager for a cleaning operations role across Scotland.
This is a mobile role, covering East Scotland, from Borders to Highland.
You will be responsible for managing cleaning operations at multiple sites, ensuring that the service delivery is of a high standard and meeting all SLA agreements.
You will lead a team to deliver a high-quality service, set objectives and goals for the team, manage performance, and effectively resource the team.
You will be an expert in the provision of soft services, possess excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills, and have a strong standard of both literacy and numeracy skills.
We're looking for someone who is calm and composed under pressure, has good decision-making skills, and strong financial acumen.
You will represent Mitie and the client always in a professional, courteous, and confident manner.
