Position – Mobile Commercial Gas EngineerSalary – Up to £45,000 per annum + travelLocation – Liverpool, Manchester & LeedsWorking Hours – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pmReporting Into – Engineering ManagerTecrec are currently searching for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to work across Liverpool, Manchester & Leeds for a business which was formed over 30 years ago in the Southeast to manage facilities for some of the UK’s most innovative companies, they now innovate and use technology to reduce our clients’ costs, drive sustainability and deliver an open-book, proactive ‘smart maintenance’ service.For example, my client is pioneering the use of 4D Monitoring, the award-winning building monitoring solution that enables them to drive energy savings throughout the buildings they maintain.To date, they have achieved 15% energy savings across the portfolios they maintain.This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees. * As a Gas Engineer you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across Liverpool, Leeds & Manchester. * Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible. * Notify issues to the helpdesk seeking advice from the contract manager where possible. * Production of quotes in a thorough way, with thought out and researched methodology including correct parts and labour times required to ensure profitability, cost control and client satisfaction. * Responsible for ensuring effective diagnostic of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment. * Record and document all work carried out and raise appropriate documentation as quotes as required. * Work in accordance with mandatory, health, safety, compliance and environmental requirements. * Liaise with other departments, suppliers and other service providers. * Maintaining site logbooks. * Responsible for compliance and health and safety.Are you looking for a position which offers the following? * Promotions * Incentives * Overtime * TrainingIf so, please get in touch for more details!The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Commercial & Domestic gas.THE PACKAGE * £45,000 per annum with annual pay reviews. * 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays. * Van, Uniform and Tools provided from day 1. * Above industry standard travel to site hourly payments. * Attractive standby payment. * Opportunity to earn overtime. * Pension scheme
