Strictly adhere to the established sales structure, ensuring the highest standards of advice quality and compliance guidance are maintained at all times.

Provide comprehensive advice on general insurance, mortgage options, and personal protection, aligning solutions with customer needs.

Initiate contact with customers to recover missed opportunities and explore potential avenues for business development.

Convert booked appointments into tangible business opportunities, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals.

Work seamlessly with the estate agency team to actively promote mortgage and financial services business.   

Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in mortgage and financial services advisory roles.

- 18 months + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.

In-depth knowledge of general insurance, mortgages, and personal protection products.

Compliance-conscious, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and guidelines.
