New Homes Sales Consultant in Kidwelly

Dandara is recruiting a New Home Sales Consultant to hit the ground running on our fabulous Golwg Gwendraeth site in Kidwelly, surrounded by the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside while being less than a 12-minute drive to Llanelli's amenities.

You'll be working from Thursday to Monday with Tues/Weds off so being able to work weekends is a must.

About the role Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful New Home Sales Consultant will be an expert at selling customers their dream home.

What you will do:

• Meet prospective purchasers, demonstrate the features and benefits of properties for sale – assist with optional extras as and when required.
• Negotiate the sales details with the purchaser
• Process related paperwork on sales achieved including financial payments
• Liaise with purchasers, Sales Manager, Advocate and site staff to process sales through exchange of contracts and legal completion
• Assist clients with optional extras and process their choices
• Deal with any daily telephone/e-mail/postal enquiries
• Circulate details of properties for sale to prospective clients
• Attend show properties on required days to attend to prospective clients
• Ensure the sales area and any show properties are clean, tidy and well presented at all times
• Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers
• Ensure purchasers are kept up to date with progress on their plot and development
• Be aware of market trends and remain updated on product knowledge
• Carry out general administration tasks including filing, photocopying, compiling of sales packs.

What you will have:

Essential

• Experience of new homes sales
• Excellent communication, organisational, self-motivational skills
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills
• Excellent rapport building and negotiating skills
• Flexibility to work the shifts mentioned to suit the needs of the business
• Full UK Driving License
