Night Shift FLT Driver in Port Sutton Bridge

Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Sutton Bridge who are looking for Night Shift FLT Driver to join their busy team.About the Business:Our Client is a growing family business, passionate about their own farming and collaborating with other expert farmers to supply their customers, with the finest quality potatoes, roots & alliums which they pack themselves.About The Role:To assist the team to meet the company goals in a timely and appropriate manner and ensure operational needs are met whenever possible. To support production operations through utilising varied skill-set and support other members of the team in achieving their objectives.Start Date: ImmediatelyShift: 1800 – 0230; Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday.Roles and Responsibilities: * To retrieve stock from the allocated area according to pick sheets and work instructions; * To feed the production line; * To move palletised and boxes goods; * To report production data back to the Team Leader and operate equipment within the area of responsibility in a safe manner and in line with H&S and Food Safety policies; * To control and report back any potential challenges that may occur whilst operating equipment within the area of responsibility; * To adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to H&S and Food Safety; * To show a helpful and open attitude to all aspects of your position. * Relief hygiene duties.About you: * Must be confident in stacking, loading and unloading whilst operating FLT Counterbalance Truck; * To be able to operate food production equipment within the area of responsibility and undertake required internal training to do so as and when necessary; * To be able to report back any challenges as and when required and with appropriate level of attention to detail and accuracy enabling safe processing and packing of product; * To present excellent numeracy and literacy skills; * To be dependable and approachable to all work colleagues.This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive business who invests in people.
