As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will be entrusted with leading a department dedicated to continuous improvement.

The Operational Excellence Manager will be sitting on the Senior Leadership team, and you will be playing a pivotal role in optimising operational processes to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities: * Lead the charge in driving continuous improvement initiatives* Collaborate with other departmental heads to identify areas of optimisation and implement strategic solutions * Set ambitious targets and KPIs across the business * Champion a culture of empowerment and learning * Act as a key member of the SLT to provide guidance to short, medium and long-term objectives You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of passionate professionals dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
