Outsourcing Manager Permanent, Full-time Glasgow, Hybrid Meraki Talent supports a highly regarded financial services firm by appointing an Outsourcing Manager. This permanent, full-time opportunity is based in Glasgow and offers an excellent base salary and flexible working. This is an ideal role for an experienced Outsourcing Manager looking for a step up in their career within a supportive inclusive environment. The primary focus of this position is to ensure that outsourced administration activities are conducted in compliance with contractual and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will:
- Ensure outsourced administration activities align with contractual and regulatory expectations
- Manage the team, fostering positive relationships with outsourced partners
- Review and analyse management information whilst identifying trends and preparing documents to present the outsourcing committee
- Assessing existing processes and proposing improvements
- 5+ years experience within financial services with at least 2 years managing outsourced service providers (this is essential)
- In-depth knowledge of working outsourced operations environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Drive for continuous improvement
- Analytical focus
