Are you able to build an electrical control panel working from technical drawings and a collection of components? If so, a busy industrial electrical manufacturing company based in Witham are looking to recruit a Panel Builder / Wirer to build complex control panels. The company supply a variety of fully equipped control panels, relay panels, enclosures, replacement panel fronts, marshalling kiosks and equipment racks to the electricity supply & other various industries in the UK and overseas. If you are looking to start a career in this field or have panel wiring experience then we want to hear from you.Duties Working from engineering drawingsMechanical fitting & wiring of varying panel sizes from 600cm to 3 metersWiring looms/cable harness and relaysTesting of panelsExperience Good wiring skills are preferable however some training can be givenControl panel or cable assembly experience an advantageExperience of testing would be preferableMust be able to lift heavy weightsIndustrial background would be advantageous Benefits Hours of work: 07.30 - 16.30 Monday to Thursday with 1/2 hour lunch and 07.30 - 12.30 Friday. 20 days holiday rising to 25 days with service + bank holidays PPE providedFree parking Candidates who require sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible to apply for this role.If you have experience as a Panel Builder / Wirer please apply or call Julia @ prime appointments if you would like to discuss this role further.#tier1
