National World / Smart Hire are advertising on behalf of Netherthorpe School.Pastoral Support ManagerWe are looking to appoint a Pastoral Support Manager to work as a member of the Pastoral Team to provide a support service to meet the needs of children, young people and their families who require assistance.You will support the Pastoral Team in managing groups of students who are showing signs of disaffection or vulnerability and work with students, families and external agencies on preventative and early intervention strategies in order to identify and remove barriers to learning.The person appointed will be a team player with a friendly disposition and good communication skills.We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
