Job Title: Payroll & Benefits Administrator Location: London - HybridSalary: £37,000 - 42,000 plus packageContract: Permanent  Our client is a prominent player in the Canary Wharf District and have tasked us with recruiting a Payroll & Benefits Administrator.   The selected candidate will oversee the accurate administration of payroll for the organization's staff, ensuring prompt processing of payments. They will stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure compliance with current standards.Primary Duties:Accurately calculate and input payroll data. Ensure timely and precise staff payments aligned with payroll deadlines. Offer guidance to staff regarding payroll inquiries. Maintain precise records of all payroll transactions. Enhance and uphold knowledge of payroll legislation for compliance. Supervise and uphold employee benefits schemes. Generate reports for senior management as needed. Required Skills:Minimum 5 years of previous payroll experience. Proficiency in ADP iHCM and Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. Understanding of payroll regulations. Strong numerical and spreadsheet capabilities. Capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.
