Flourish Education are recruiting a PPA Teacher for a village school located in the Brockhampton area.

The PPA teacher will begin at the start after the May half-term in and will run until the end of the academic year.

Our client is a 1-form entry mainstream primary school that has recently attained “Good” in their recent Ofsted inspection.

The school is located near Brockhampton with the school being accessible by public transport.

The school offers onsite parking.

The position is for a primary school teacher, working 1 full day per week which is every Monday.

You will be teaching in a mixed Year 3/4 class.

This year group are very friendly and there are 14 pupils in the class.

You must be committed to a long-term post.

The PPA Teacher role

  • Responsibilities will include making lessons engaging, marking all completed work, and raising attainment.
  • Managing behaviours for all year groups.
  • Commitment to a long-term role.

Required Skills and Experience for this PPA Teacher Role:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Early Career Teachers (ECT) are encouraged to apply.
  • The ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
  • Deliver pre planned lessons.
  • Experience across KS1 –KS2
  • Raise children's attainment.
  • Being flexible when required
