Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Position AvailableTradewind Recruitment are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HLTA. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to provide support in Key Stage 1/2 classrooms, assisting with interventions and covering the class and delivering engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the Teacher.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with teachers to deliver the curriculum effectively.Lead small group interventions to address specific learning needs.Provide personalised one-to-one support to pupils.Step in to cover classes when the teacher is absent.Foster a supportive environment that encourages and aids student learning. Requirements:Possess a Level 3 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification.Demonstrate prior experience working in primary school settings.Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Display a positive and proactive attitude towards work.Showcase the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Exhibit a genuine passion for education and helping children reach their potential.Hold a valid DBS or be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.Provide a comprehensive CV that includes employment and education history, with clear explanations for any employment breaks.Possess the legal right to work in the UK.
