Empowering Learning are looking for Primary Specialist Teacher in a bespoke and impressive SEND Setting in Leicestershire . QTS/QTLS is preferable but experience of teaching will be considered. and experience with SEND pupils is favourable. Required Experience:Have experience working with young peopleTeaching/Leading experience necessary Be highly organised with excellent communication skillsHave a desire to work with, inspire and support childrenHave an interest in supporting young people with a variety of SENDHave experience supporting children with additional needs (desirable not essential)Be a part of the school team taking part in the wider school environmentHave an understanding of behavioural managementJob Description:Leading in classroom lessons across a variety of subjects.
