We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join us here at ABC Teacher to work within our partnered schools on a supply basis.

About the roleAs a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings, supporting students across different age groups and subjects.

Your role will be crucial in maintaining continuity of learning during staff absences and providing valuable support to schools in the Coventry and Warwichshire area.

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and age groups, following the school's curriculum and policies.

Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all studentsAdapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special educational needs and/or EAL.

Have good behaviour managementHave good and effective communication with staff and pupilsProvide constructive feedback for the class teacher to refer back to on their return to the classAbout the schoolYou will be working in different schools based across the Coventry and Wariwkshire area ranging from one form entries to four form entries.

RequirementsTo be considered for the role of Supply Teacher - September 2024 you will:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Proven experience working as a Teacher in a school setting, with referable referencesGood communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in different educational settingsStrong classroom managementHave a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain oneSalary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)ABC Teachers is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
