Position Overview: As a primary supply teacher in the Orpington area, you will have the opportunity to work across various schools within our network.

Whether it's covering for teacher absences, supporting long-term assignments, or contributing to enrichment programs, you'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity in education and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities of a primary supply teacher:Delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects and grade levels.

Following existing lesson plans and adapting them as necessary to meet the needs of students.

Maintaining classroom discipline and creating a supportive learning atmosphere.

Providing constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.

Collaborating with colleagues and school staff to ensure seamless integration into the school community.

Qualifications:Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and establish rapport with students.

Flexibility and availability to work on short notice.
