Primary school teacher's assistants work closely with children to support with their academic abilities, such as assisting children with special needs and learning disabilities on a day basis, you'll have students that you work with 1:1, or group settings - therefore the ability to build a good relationship with the children you work with is essential as a Primary School Teaching Assistant.
