Wiseman Consulting is supporting the growth of a successful private client department in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, for a Legal500-recommended regional firm with multiple offices across the UK.

Our client has been operating for over 100 years as a dedicated partner to the communities of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Wales, and The Cotswolds, with multiple mergers and expansions in recent history.

The Role

We are searching for a private client solicitor, associate, or senior associate NQ – 8+ PQE with experience in wills, LPAs, and probate matters.

The Private Client team has over 10 Partners, 15 Solicitors, and a support staff of over 30 individuals.

The work offers the opportunity to participate in more comprehensive business development and marketing initiatives for the department, developing a local client base to assist with the expansion into England.

Work includes;

• Advising on a broad range of Wills & Probate matters.
• Developing business locally & growing the firm’s reach.
• Using data management systems & the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication with clients on sensitive matters with professionalism and courtesy
