Project Architect

Are you a talented and experienced Architect looking to advance your career in a professional and collaborative work environment? Our client, a thriving team of architects and technicians based in central Newcastle, specialises in residential, commercial and healthcare projects. They are in search of a passionate individual to take on the role of Project Architect and contribute to the continued success of their creative studio.

Our client has secured multiple new projects, paving the way for further growth. To support this expansion, they are seeking an experienced and ARB registered Architect who will play a pivotal role in driving their continued success.

The Role:

As a Project Architect, you will lead and oversee projects, demonstrating your skills in project management, site visits, and precise technical detailing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Run and manage projects independently
  • Lead project teams and coordinating with stakeholders
  • Manage / mentor more junior members of staff
  • Work across all RIBA stages
  • Prepare tender applications and presentations
  • Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction

The Person:

  • ARB registration.
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven success in a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, and healthcare.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp & Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to produce comprehensive Tender and Construction packages.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building enduring relationships.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • A keen eye for design detail & a creative mindset.

The Benefits:

In addition to a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, on offer is:
