An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager who has experience working on large scale structural steel projects.
You will receive an attractive starting salary, work in a supportive and friendly environment all while working on structural steel projects from point of tender to handover.
Project Manager duties include: * Oversee and manage projects from tender through to handover.
* Attending launch and progress/site meetings throughout as required.
* RAMS.
* Setting and monitoring of project programmes to ensure that deadlines are met.
* Resolving issues as they arise providing leadership on projects.
* Liaising internally as well with other project stake holders and with clients as required.
* Managing sub-contractors where required.
Project Manager requirements: * Must have experience working as a Contracts Manager/Project Manager on structural steelwork projects.
* Sound knowledge of structural steel and the design and build process.
* Relevant tickets ie CSCS… * Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Full driving license.
