Property Disputes Lawyer in UK

Our customer, a British energy company is looking for a Property Dispute Solicitor.

You'll be directly assisting the Head of Legal-Property by managing the daily operations of the Incident Investigation team.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role with the possibility to extend.

Responsibilities -

• Take charge of coordinating the Incident Investigation team, bridging communication between external firms and the team, along with any other internal departments involved in investigations.
• Assume responsibility for offering practical and precise legal counsel regarding property litigation, aimed at reducing financial and legal liabilities
• Evaluate, create, and contribute to the development and implementation of new protocols, standard letters, and contracts, ensuring compliance with license obligations for operating gas distribution networks and safeguarding the company's new unregulated business.

Requirements -

• Qualified Lawyer in England in Wales or Scotland with 6PQE+
• Experience working in a similar capacity in the energy/ utilities industry
